Warm Artichoke & Hearts of Palm Dip

  • 14 ounces Reese® Quartered Artichoke Hearts, drained
  • 14 ounces Reese® Hearts of Palm, diced & drained 
  • 1 small Shallot, sliced
  • 1 small Garlic Glove, thinly sliced
  • 2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme 
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper 
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Celery
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Cucumber


Bring Reese to your holiday table, and let the flavors do the talking with this delicious Warm Artichoke & Hearts of Palm Dip! Grab a can of Reese Quartered Artichokes and Reese Hearts of Palm, and let the magic begin!


1. Heat a small sauce pan over medium heat then add 1-2 Tablespoons of olive oil, the sliced shallot, garlic and thyme. Sauté until fragrant and lightly translucent, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
2. To the food processor, add Reese® Quartered Artichoke Hearts, Reese® Hearts of Palm, the sauteed shallot, garlic and thyme, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until combined but still somewhat chunky. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
3. Transfer the mixture back into the sauce pan and heat on medium-low heat until warm.
4. Spoon the warm dip into a bowl and serve with cut veggies.
