This classic crab cake recipe combines the flavors of red bell pepper, Worceshire sauce, and Old Bay seasoning but the most flavor is from the Reese Crab Meat. Simple to prepare, these crab cakes are perfect for easy weeknight dinners or elegant dinner parties.
DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium bowl, mix the Reese Crab Meat with the red bell peppers, green onions, old bay seasoning, and bread crumbs.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayo, egg, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Combine the crab mixture and mayo mixture and gently fold together to incorporate. Do not overmix.
