Crab Cakes

This classic crab cake recipe combines the flavors of red bell pepper, Worceshire sauce, and Old Bay seasoning but the most flavor is from the Reese Crab Meat. Simple to prepare, these crab cakes are perfect for easy weeknight dinners or elegant dinner parties.

5 cans Reese Crab Meat, drained
½ red bell pepper, diced
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
½ cup Panko bread crumbs
3 tbsp mayo
1 egg
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1. In a medium bowl, mix the Reese Crab Meat with the red bell peppers, green onions, old bay seasoning, and bread crumbs.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayo, egg, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Combine the crab mixture and mayo mixture and gently fold together to incorporate. Do not overmix.
4. On a parchment lined baking sheet, form patties and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to broiler.
5. Broil the crab cakes for 10-15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
