INGREDIENTS

  • 3 packages beef hot dogs
  • ½ cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 jar Reese Ham Glaze
  • ½ cup Reese Hot Pepper Jelly

DESCRIPTION
These Sweet Heat Glazed Hot Dogs are a crowd-pleasing twist on a cookout classic. Grilled until perfectly charred, then coated in a sticky blend of Reese Ham Glaze and Reese Hot Pepper Jelly, each bite delivers the perfect balance of smoky, sweet, and spicy flavors. They’re an easy snack that’s perfect for game days, backyard BBQs, and summer gatherings.

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. 
2. Place the hot dogs, dijon mustard, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and black pepper in a large resealable bag. Seal the bag and shake well until the hot dogs are evenly coated with the mustard-spice mixture.
3. Grill the hot dogs for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred on all sides.
4. Remove the hot dogs from the grill and cut each one in half.
5. In a large bowl, combine hot dog pieces with the Reese Ham Glaze and Reese Hot Pepper Jelly and toss until evenly coated.
6. Return the glazed hot dogs to the grill. Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the glaze is caramelized and slightly sticky.
7. Transfer to a serving platter and serve warm.
